Our commitment

Personal information should be collected only when there is a clear reason, used only for the purpose explained and protected with safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. Website and business processes are designed to follow Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and other applicable Canadian privacy requirements.

Information we may collect

If you contact us by email, we may receive the name, contact details and brief message that you choose to provide. The hosting provider may also process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, request time and pages requested for security and reliability.

Please do not submit Social Insurance Numbers, account or policy numbers, payment information, detailed medical information, passwords or identity documents through a general website form or ordinary email.

Why information is used

• To respond to a request and arrange a conversation.
• To provide requested information about available services.
• To protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain service reliability.
• To meet recordkeeping, regulatory or legal obligations where applicable.

Separate consent will be requested before sending marketing messages where Canadian anti-spam law requires it. Choosing not to receive marketing will not affect a service request.

Service providers and transfers

Website hosting, email or other service providers may process information on our behalf. We limit their use of personal information to the services they provide and select appropriate safeguards for information processed outside Canada.

Retention and safeguards

Information will be kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and applicable legal or regulatory requirements, then securely deleted or anonymized. Safeguards will include HTTPS, access controls, software updates, limited collection, secure provider settings and procedures for responding to suspected incidents.

This website uses no advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If non-essential tools are introduced later, the policy and consent experience will be updated before those tools are activated.
